All of our beef is sourced from farms in Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales. We dry-age for 28 days in our Himalayan Salt chamber.
The Rib-Eye steak has fast become a firm favourite amongst beef-eaters (no, not those ones) worldwide. It’s the marbling that does it – helping to tenderise the meat from the inside for a succulent, juicy steak with a nice bite.
