UK Sausage Week in Cumbria

Needless to say, we’ll definitely be getting behind this year’s UK Sausage Week celebrations at Dales Butchers.

Charity Fundraising for UK Sausage Week – As in previous years, for each kilo of sausage we sell throughout UK Sausage Week, we’ll be donating 50p to a worthy cause. And this year we’ve chosen a local playgroup, See & Know, based here in Kirkby Lonsdale. 

Most days, we have around a dozen different sausage varieties for you to choose from, so let’s see if these tempt you…

• Traditional Pork Sausage – there are few people who would turn there nose up at this popular favourite.
• Merguez Sausage – originating in North Africa, this delicious lamb sausage is spiced with paprika, chill and garlic
• Pork and Haggis – judging at the awards, Craig Revel Horwood said: “the Pork & Haggis sausage was just Fab-u-lous”
• Pork, Beef and Chilli Jam – What can I say? A multi award-winner and one of our most popular bangers!
