Our beef burgers are made using grass-fed, locally sourced beef.
Dry-aged by us for at least 28 days in our Himalayan Salt Chamber, we use cuts from the forequarter to ensure that fat to lean ratio is spot on for grilling. Deep in flavour, our dry aged beef burgers are perfect for a speedy weekday meal and always a welcome addition when you have the chance to spark up the BBQ.
