Description
A Tomahawk steak is bound to impress at a BBQ or gathering. A thickly cut rib-eye with the bone left long and trimmed, we cut ours thick to ensure it stays juicy during cooking with a good crust on the outside. Beautifully marbled, all of our steaks are dry-aged to 28 days in a Himalayan Salt Chamber to concentrate the flavour and more tenderness.
