Cut from the saddle, a T-bone steak includes two of the best beef cuts in one delicious steak, sirloin and fillet. Because of the bone, a T-bone steak is best cooked on the grill or BBQ and not in a pan. The minimum weight of each steak is 500g and although there are three steaks in the image, the price quoted is the cost per steak.At Dales Butchers, we source our beef from local farms in Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales. Dry-ageing it for a minimum of 28 days in a Himalayan salt chamber, this really concentrates the flavour and produces meat that’s beautifully tender.
