Description

Neck of lamb, or scrag end to some, is an underrated and inexpensive cut that adds bags of flavour to any stew or casserole. Traditionally used in a Lancashire hotpot it requires a long, wet cook, but your patience will be rewarded as succulent meat falls from the bone.
