Put aside any thoughts of the dry, tasteless pork you’ll often find in the supermarkets. Farmed just over a mile away from the shop at Mansergh Hall Farm, our free-range, high welfare quality pork is full of flavour and wonderfully succulent.



Unlike supermarket diced meat, we can tell you exactly which cuts our diced pork comes from. Using cuts from the leg, which has fallen out of flavour in the last few years, we use topside of pork, rump of pork and a little of the hand to add fat and flavour. Succulent and lean, our diced pork is great in stewing dishes but just as good griddled on kebabs.
