Our diced lamb is taken from the leg and rump, meaning that it’s nice and lean with just enough fat cover to keep the meat moist and tender. Great in curries and stews, but beautiful when marinated and barbecued on kebabs, too.
Our free-range lamb is sourced from farms in Cumbria, where it’s grazed on the well-watered fells and pastures.
