Beef brisket is a joint of meat that requires long, slow cooking, but definitely worth the wait. Delicious pot roasted or braised, also perfect for casseroles and stews.



All of our beef is sourced from farms in Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales. After 28 days dry-ageing in our Himalayan salt chamber, the meat is full of flavour and really tender.
