We’re celebrating again, with the news arriving today that Dales have been nominated as a finalist in Meat Management’s Butcher’s Shop of the Year! Alongside two other of Britain’s best shops, we’ve been shortlisted for the meat industry’s grandest accolade and we couldn’t be prouder!
The Meat Management Awards ceremony, scheduled to take place on the 9th September, is butchery’s biggest night for retailers, shops and wholesalers. After a visit from the wonderful Keith Fisher on behalf of the magazine, we were named with Aston’s of Coven and Tim Potter, Son & Daughter. We’ll find out in a few weeks’ time whether we’ve beaten out the competition!
After owning the business for 22 years, Mark couldn’t be happier. He told Meat Management: ‘The team are absolutely overwhelmed and in shock. If we were to win it would be a massive boost for our business, especially for all our staff that have worked really hard to provide the products and customer service that we do.’
